EKHO VE NARKİSSOS – KENDİNİ BEĞENMİŞLİK

🌏Yunan mitolojisinin kendini beğenmişliğiyle meşhur Narkissos, Tanrı Kephisos ile bir su perisi Liriope’nin oğlu olarak dünyaya gelmiştir.

✨Narkissos, yakışıklı ve kibirli bir gençti. Aşka inancı yoktu ve aşk tuzağına düşenlerin akılsız olduğunu düşünüyordu. Bu sebeple kendisine aşık olan perilerle acımasızca alay ediyor, hiçbir şekilde yüz vermiyordu.

🍃Günlerden bir gün Echo, Narkissos’a aşık olur. Ancak ne yazık ki diğer periler gibi aşkına karşılık alamaz. Ve bu acıyla kimseyle konuşmaz, ormanda gezmez. Karşılıksız aşkından tüm güzelliğini yani bedenini yitirir.

🧚🏼‍♀️Tüm periler bir araya gelip Narkissos’tan intikam almak isterler. Ve öç tanrıçası Nemesis’ten yardım alırlar. Nemesis kızlara hak verir ve plan yapar.

💦Narkissos ava çıktığı zaman çok yorulur ve bir pınar başında dinlenmeye çekilir. Su içmek için pınara eğildiğinde durgun suya yansıyan bir yüz ona bakıyordu.

🌼Narkissos, suyun üstüne yansıyan yüz bakmaktan kendini alamıyordu. Günler, haftalar geçtikten sonra sudaki aksine baka baka ölür. Onun öldüğü yerde açan hoş kokulu çiçeğe kendini beğenmiş kahramanın adı olan Narkissos(Nergis) denildi.

🌏Famous for the arrogance of Greek mythology, Narcissus was born as the son of God Kephisos and a nymph Liriope.

✨ Narcissus was a handsome and arrogant young man. He had no faith in love and thought those who fell into the trap of love were foolish. For this reason, he mercilessly mocked the fairies who fell in love with him and discountenanced.

🍃 One day, Echo falls in love with Narcissus. However, unfortunately, she can not taken her love like other fairies. And with this pain she does not talk to anyone, she does not wander in the forest. She loses all her beauty, that is, his body, because of her unrequited love.

🧚🏼‍♀️ All fairies want to get together and take revenge on Narcissus. And they get help from Nemesis, the goddess of revenge. Nemesis accepts the girls and does plans.

💦 When Narcissus goes hunting, he gets very tired and goes to rest at a spring water. while he is lean over toward spring water for drink, a face reflected in the water him was looking at him.

🌼 Narcissus could not help looking at the face reflected on the water. After days and weeks pass, unlike water, it dies. The fragrant flower that bloomed where he died was called Narcissus (Narcissus), the name of the self-righteous hero.
